Preparation Time: 5 minutes
• 1 collector mango raw skinned and cut into small pieces
• 1 sour mango raw skinned and cut into small pieces (use ¼ of it)
• 2 medium onions cut into pieces (optional)
• 6-8 dry red chillies cut into pieces
• ¼ tsp turmeric
• 1 tsp sugar/ 2 tsp jaggery
• Salt to taste
1. Grind all the above ingredients to a fine paste and take into a bowl.
Serve Mango Chutney with snacks/idli/dosa and etc.
If you want to serve as a dip, add enough water if needed.
