The flyover which has been much hyped has been promised to us since 2015. A major congestion zone for traffic, NAD Junction lies in wait. The public has faced many inconviniences on this route which is a junction for major roads. It sees the convergence of the routes connecting the airport, Simhachalam temple as well as the Araku Valley. The traffic on the junction is immense with private vehicles such 2, 3 and 4 wheelers out numbering the public road transport.

Details of construction – The flyover is proposed to have a three level grade separator ad a six-lane underpass. The two levels of the flyovers will have a three lane on the first level and a four lane on the second level. Vijay Nirman has been awarded the tender and is set to finish construction in the stipulated 18 months time period.
