CM Sees Bright Future for Anakapalle

Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has said that Anakapalle district will be in the No. 1 position within the next 29 years. Speaking after participating in the ‘Swachhandra-Swarnandhra’ programme at A. Koduru in Anakapalle district on Saturday, the Chief Minister said, “The ArcelorMittal Steel plant and data centres are coming up in the district.”

Godavari waters would be supplied to Visakhapatnam and Anakapalle through the Polavaram project, the Chief Minister said. On the threat of water scarcity due to data centres, the Chief Minister ridiculed the campaign, saying, “Some people were talking of a water crisis even before the data centres were set up.”

Chandrababu Naidu called upon the people to work for cleanliness on every third Saturday.
