He explains by saying that a low-pressure area has formed over the Odisha coast and it is drifting southward towards the northern part of Andhra Pradesh.
He recounts that usually, during the same time of the year, Vizag has previously been impacted by major cyclones like Phailin, Titli, and Hudhud, and this year there will just be a low-pressure area. Praneeth adds that there could be water flooding near the coastal belt.

Talking about the Andhra Pradesh weather condition on a whole, the weatherman rules out the possibility of Cyclone Javad. He informs that two low-pressure weather systems are making landfall at the same time. The low-pressure system from the Odisha coast will cause heavy rainfall in coastal Andhra, at areas like Srikakulam, Vizianagaram and Vizag. Another low-pressure area has formed at the Arabian Sea near Karnataka, which will come to Rayalaseema, causing heavy rainfall in East and West Godavari and Krishna districts. First, there would be rains only in the North AP coast and by 16, October 2021, the entire state will witness heavy downpour.
