1. Stretch Marks

Most of the people suffer from this skin condition and it has become quite common in those who are obese, pregnant women and more. We commonly witness this skin condition in the women who don’t put much attention on their skin. When people have stretch marks, they appear in red or white colored lines right on your stomach, thighs and other parts of the body. In case, you gain weight in a faster way during your pregnancy then, you can witness these stretch marks. If the skin undergoes rapid stretching in case of weight gain then, it causes stretch marks. Under the skin surface, one can witness tiny tears within the tissue layers.

How to treat it?

For treating the stretch marks, you need to contact a dermatologist who provides the best treatment for the ski. For smoothing your skin, there are some options such as laser surgery, dermabrasion, and chemical peels.

2. Acne

Acne is one of the serious skin conditions that we often witness in most of the people. If you get acne on your body then, you can’t even wear back-baring attire such as a swim-suit whilst swimming. It is a truly unexplainable and painful situation to have acne on the back of the body. The unappealing acne stands as a barrier between you and your self-esteem. The clogged pores might cause on your back if you have it on your face. There are numerous ways to reduce acne on the skin.

The acne present on the back of the body can be treated through over-the-counter medications such as salicylic acid. You can wash it using Benzoyl Peroxide. Besides washing the skin using a cleanser, you can try out exfoliation that helps you reduce the acne in a faster manner. If your acne comprises deep cysts then, you must definitely consult your dermatologist and get proper medical treatment. One of the best tips for those who are suffering from back acne is that whenever you shower after an exercise, you need to wash all your workout clothes regularly. When the salt that is produced through the sweat then, it might get deposited on the skin through the clothes. As a result, you might get acne.

3. Athlete’s Foot

It is another common skin condition wherein people experience itchy sensation on their feet. Sometimes, the feet become cracked, peeled off not only on the exterior portion but also inside the nails. The medical term of Athlete’s foot is Tinea Pedis. It is a fungal infection caused on the skin. If your feet don’t get adequate air then, the sweat which is deposited on it starts developing the fungus. Most of them come across this condition due to their lifestyle habits and the urge to exercise quite often.

How to treat it?

One can get rid of Athlete’s foot through prescribed antifungal creams and powders that are available in the pharmacy stores. These medications help people to fight against the Tinea. You need to take care of your belongings like washing the socks on a frequent basis helps in not spreading the skin condition further. In case, if this skin disease spreads to the nails then, you need to intake antifungal tablets.

4. Cellulite

Cellulite is a skin condition wherein fibrous bands from within the skin layer. There is no particular reason behind the cause of this skin condition. Usually, cellulitis tends to become genetic. People who remain active on a regular basis and maintains a healthy weight could stop getting this skin condition.

How to treat it?

There are numerous ways to treat this skin condition. However, there is no guarantee that even one of the options might work in reducing this disease. We can get cellulite creams with caffeine present in it. There are some spa treatment options available in the market that compresses cellulite. However, any of the solutions are temporary. One can get a permanent solution to this skin condition only when they contact the dermatologist.

5. Spider Veins

Due to the Spider Veins skin condition, the veins within the legs become weak. Usually, the veins try to circulate the blood back to the heart. As they are weak, the blood may not be able to circulate it. As the blood flows back down, it forms spider veins. They may not be painful but they don’t appear good on the skin.

How to treat it?

To get rid of this skin condition, you need to camouflage them by getting makeup to the legs. For a permanent solution, you need to consult your dermatologist and try to remove them through sclerotherapy treatment.

6. Ingrown Hairs

Usually, people get red bumps due to the hair that produces under the skin. They might be painful for most of them.

How to treat it?

For treating the ingrown hairs, you need to wash the skin and exfoliate it on a regular basis. By cleaning the affected skin with cool water and moderate Astringent, you can find some improvement in the skin condition. Try to apply Hydrocortisone cream upon proper prescription.

7. Scars

Whenever you get an injury on your body, it might get cured and remains as a scar. Those scars will remind the past memories of an individual.

How to treat it?

One can get rid of the scars through the laser treatment which is better for the red scars. The scars that are raised can be reduced with the help of injections of corticosteroids from a dermatologist.

8. Dark Circles

This is another major problem in most of the people who don’t get enough sleep. Due to the circles and bags formed beneath your eyes, your face appears pretty low. Some of them get circles due to allergies, aging, and weakness. The skin becomes thin and fat is lost in that location.

How to treat it?

You need to check whether it is due to allergy or not. Otherwise, there is a possibility to cover them using makeup. Try to use cool compress for treating allergies. The creams can shrink the blood vessels on a temporary basis and makes them pretty less identifiable.
