Bahadur 120 has received an overwhelmingly good response from the audience post its OTT release. It tells the story of Major Shaitaan Singh and his 13 Kumaon Regiment, which includes 120 soldiers. The movie is based on the 1962 Sino-Indian War Battle of Rezang La. The regiment, posted at a high altitude, with just 120 soldiers and limited equipment, proceeds to fight against China’s highly equipped thousands of soldiers. 3. Shershaah

Inspired by the life of Param Vir Chakra awardee, Indian Army Captain Vikram Batra, played by Siddharth Malhotra, the story gives us a sneak peek into his life, from his deeply emotional college love story with Dimple Cheema, his fiancée with whom he plans his entire future, to his martyrdom during the 1999 Kargil War. He played a pivotal role in capturing the major peaks during the war. His bravery during the war earned him the name Shershah.

4. Major

During the Taj terror attack in 2008, also known as the 26/11 attacks, Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan, played by Adivi Shesh, was a brave NSG commando who dreamt of donning the uniform from his childhood. He was at the forefront of the Mumbai terror attacks operation. He, along with his elite 51 Special Action Group carry out the combat operation, during which he martyrs his life.

5. Kesari

Starring Akshay Kumar in the lead role as Havildar Ishar Singh, the film follows his transfer to a remote outpost, after he protects a woman against his superior’s orders. He leads a team of 20 largely untrained soldiers of the 36th Sikh Regiment, who go on to face an army of nearly 10,000. Despite being heavily outnumbered, the regiment refuses to abandon its post, fighting with unmatched bravery until their very last breath.
