Business Man Vikram Dhamija Passes Away

Vizag based business man Vikram Dhamija succumbed to his injuries late on Tuesday evening. He was undergoing treatment under critical care after the brutal attack on him and his wife and driver. The city police are suspecting the crime to be a case of inter-state gang rivalry or business vendetta. The CCTV footage has become the prime source of evidence and is expected to help the police nab the suspects.

The camera grab clearly shows 6 assailants, from which 4 entered the flat and the others were waiting downstairs. It also shows one man carrying the culpable weapon while exiting. The preliminary reports lay suspect on men hired from neighboring states for doing the heinous job.

The deceased business man stayed at Sea Surf Apartments where this crime took place. He is survived by his wife and 2 children. Vikram Dhamija, the Managing Director of Best Cranes (P) Ltd was  a member of EPGC and well loved in his circles. A friend to many and very popular in the city Vikram Dhamija’s death comes as a blow to the people who knew him and the others who expressed their hurt and sorrow over this tragedy. It is a shocking blow to the people of Vizag who were praying for his speedy recovery.
