Based in Chennai, The F16s are an Indie/Alternative/Electro rock band that rose to fame after winning the Road to Converse rubber tracks in India. They were mostly influenced by artists such as The Arctic Monkeys, The Strokes and Jet. The Black Letters are a Bangalore/Kochi based band that initially started out as a metal act and then shifted to Alternative Rock/Dream Pop. The band comprises of Akash Chacko on drums, Sarang Menon on guitar, Arjun Radhakrishnan on bass and Sharath Iyer on guitar and vocals. It comprises of Los Angeles Music Academy (LAMA) guitarist Ramanan Chandramouli, along with ex-Bicycle Days/Klypp vocalist Karthik Basker, Wesley Newton and Arjun Ramdas on drums.
