A newly married woman died, and her husband sustained injuries in a road accident at Kurmannapalem Junction in Visakhapatnam on the night of 16 October, according to the latest news.
The accident occurred when a bus hit the two-wheeler on which the couple were going towards the Steel Plant from Gajuwaka.
The woman, Umadevi, died on the spot, while her husband, Pydiraju, was admitted to a hospital.
The couple, who got married a couple of months ago, belonged to Pedagantyada in Visakhapatnam.
