Car Shed (Madhurawada), Hanumanthavaka, M.V.P. Double Road, VIP Road Junction, Satyam Junction, Tatichetlapalem, Muralinagar, Autonagar, Gajuwaka and Kurmannapalem are the locations where the RLVD systems are being equipped. The locations are within the limits of the Municipal Corporation.
The Red Light Violation Detection system works by the Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation are on fast pace and are expected to be completed by the end of this August.
Advanced speed laser guns to trap vehicles which are moving over speed and alcohol testing machines to trap drunk drivers are being bought to the city by the traffic police.
