Vizag set for Greater Andhra School Health, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Summit 2019

Greater Andhra School Health, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Summit 2019 will be held at Sector XI, Steel Plant, in Vizag on 5 and 6 January to mark the inauguration of the centre of excellence for school entrepreneurship for kids. The event is being organised by Andhra Pradesh Innovation Society (APIS) in association with a state-backed startup, Carengrow: School Based Health Ecosystem.

The event will even witness a conclave on ‘importance of health, innovation & entrepreneurship in schools.’ Other highlights of the summit include the announcement of completely digitized cloud-based preventive school health program for more than 5000 students in Vizag and inauguration of the cultural festival, ‘UTKARSH’ 2018 -2019.

Students from numerous schools, parents, politicians and other dignitaries are expected to participate in the two-day event in Vizag.

Here’s the program schedule:

Morning 10 AM to 1:00 PM Workshop

Workshop name: The Health Jigsaw solving clues

Workshop Brief: Introduction to major Physical, Emotional, Mental, Social aspects of life which affect health. Need of educating holistic living to children.Bothareactivity based workshops.

Targeted audience: One session for parents and One session for children

Time Duration: 60 mins each session

Introduction: Sangeeta Muddapu is an AADP certified holistic health counsellor. Sheisanauthor, public speaker, CPD master trainer and NLP practitioner.

Day2: Conclave on 2 topics from 1:00PM to 3:30PM in association with APIS

01:30 pm to 2: 15 pm- Panel on “Impact of innovation in School curriculums” Gap areas, Necessary Innovations, Outcomes call for action from stakeholders 02:30 PM to 3:20 PM- Panel on “Role of entrepreneurship programs in school”-Gaps, Purpose, Urgency Action points.
