The teen girl, identified as G Bhavani of Paderu, reportedly died on the spot after sustaining a fatal injury to her head while the injured ones were rushed to a local hospital before being taken to King George Hospital in Visakhapatnam city, where their condition is known to be stable.
The mishap was caused when the bolts of a cabin got loose leading the cabin to get detached from the wheel and fall from a height of 15 feet. The unfortunate accident took place on the second day of a local festival of Goddess Modakondamma, which saw a huge turnout at the temple.
