Duvvada police crack housebreaking case, recover gold and cash

The Duvvada police have cracked the housebreaking case registered last August and recovered the stolen property.

According to the police, a three-member gang from Maharashtra gained entry into the house of Srinivasa Rao, a resident of Sathavahana Nagar at Kurmannapalem, on 2 August 2025, by breaking open the doors and decamped with seven tolas of gold and cash.

The police arrested Bandagar, Radha Kishan, and Sangamayya, all from Maharashtra, on 28 January and recovered gold and cash from them.
