The Amaravati chapter of TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs), will be launching Distinguished Speaker Series in Vizag. The series will be hosting a series of prominent individuals from different platforms, share their inspiring journeys.
The first speaker of this event, being conducted by TiE, will be Ravi Garikipati of Flipkart. Mr Garikipati will talk about his journey, opportunities in Fintech space and interact with entrepreneurs. The event would be in the format of Fireside
chat with Mr.Sateesh Andra, who will be playing the host.Ravi Garikipati is a software industry veteran, who is currently heading Fintech at Flipkart to redefine and disrupt financial services in India. Prior to this, he was also CTO and Head of Engineering at Flipkart. In this role, Ravi drove all key strategic initiatives and technology innovations across the company to maximize Flipkart’s market impact and shareholder value.
As a technology leader and product enthusiast, he brings in vast experience in massive scale cloud infrastructure and platforms, big data processing systems, machine learning platforms and decisioning powered by artificial intelligence.
