IIM Vizag to host AIB South Asia Conference 2022

The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Visakhapatnam, which belongs to the prestigious IIM family of business schools, will host the Academy of International Business (AIB) South Asia Conference 2022. In view of the prevailing Covid-19 situation, the conference shall be held in hybrid mode. It shall be online as well as in the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Vizag, India. 

The theme for the AIB South Asia Conference 2022, which is to be held in IIM Vizag is ‘Role of international business and sustainable development in South Asian economies’. The conference aims to usher in, and broaden, insights in creating synergies, increasing value-add and producing positive results for all the stakeholders. More specifically, it will focus on what external and internal factors would inspire the South Asian economies to formulate strategies and approaches to translating the challenges into timely opportunities. 

AIB South Asia Conference 2022 is the conference of the South Asia Chapter (SAC) of the Academy of International Business (AIB), to provide AIB members with an exchange opportunity. The AIB members include Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal and Sri Lanka. This forum will provide opportunities for the exchange of ideas, the presentation of research, professional contacts, and discussion of matters of mutual interest and concerns within the member countries.
