International Day of Happiness to be celebrated in Vizag

A special event, which will be jolling the spirits of International Day of Happiness (celebrated on March 20th), is set to enthrall the citizens of Vizag on March 25th. The event will be organized by Sonia Jain, Happiness Coach and Behavioural Trainer from ‘HAPPY WE’.

The event would consist of multiple engagements such as a talk on creating happiness in day to day life, a brief session on Laughter Yoga Therapy for well being, and chanting great happy affirmations together as a group followed by a small walk for happiness, among others.

The event would also see 100 gas balloons being released as a symbolic representation of blessing Vizag with happiness.
