Fede Alvarez, the director of the 2013 movie Evil Dead, the reboot, is back with this horror movie. A movie on home invasion which turns ugly as the movie descends.
What it’s about:
Rocky (Jane Levy), Alex (Dylan Minnette) and Money (Daniel Zovatto) make a career out of breaking into homes of people. They find out about a blind man (Stephen Lang) who has become rich after getting money from a woman who accidentally runs over his daughter. They decide to rob him by taking advantage of his blindness, completely unaware of his capabilities. He is a war veteran, muscular and in complete power over his other fully- functioning senses. They eventually become the prey in the hands of the blind man.
Why you should watch it:
Coming from Sam Raimi, the creator of “cult” horror movies like Evil Dead, the movie doesn’t disappoint you. Full of twists and turns, it is bound to keep you hooked. Stephen Lang plays the perfect antagonist, like in the movie Avatar where he played the role of Colonel Miles Quaritch. Multiple sources have said this movie has the best twist in the plot, need we say more?
