Upset with friend’s death, Vizag boy jumps under moving train

In a tragic news, it has been reported that a youngster belonging to Vizag, who was allegedly upset with his friend’s death, has committed suicide by jumping under a moving train in Anantapur in Andhra Pradesh.

Hemanth Madeti, aged 23, worked in a store located at the Bellary Road in Anantapur. In due course of time, Hemanth befriended Prasanth (another youngster from the area) and the two soon grew as close friends.

After attending a party on Saturday night, both the friends departed to their homes on their respective bikes. However, tragedy struck when Prasanth’s bike met an accident and he sustained a severe head injury consequently. Prasanth was immediately rushed to the hospital but to no avail as he had already succumbed to the deadly blow before the doctors could attend to him.

Shattered with the sad demise of his beloved friend, Hemanth decided to end his life too and jumped under a moving train next morning at the railway station near Rajiv Colony.

Even though the incident took place in the early hours of Sunday, it came to light only on Monday.

The police informed the tragic news to Hemanth’s family in Vizag.
