The tourist attractions in Vizag are providing a beautiful experience not just to Vizagites but also to the tourists from outside the city. Happy with the outcome, the government is planning to pitch in more tourist spots in different parts of the city. Here are 6 upcoming tourist attractions planned in Vizag to attract more tourists to the city.

Sea Harrier Museum

With TU-142 Aircraft Museum creating a buzz among tourist attractions, a fighter jet known as Sea Harrier is planned to be set up as a museum in Vizag. The aircraft is said to be suspended in the air which would be a unique tourist attraction.

Tiger Safari Park

Tiger Safari Parks have been proposed in Andhra Pradesh. Reportedly, The Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (PCCF) in Andhra Pradesh, P Mallikarjuna Rao said that one of the safaris would be coming up in Vizag. The Tiger Safari Park is expected to conserve the Tiger population in the state.

Botanical Garden and Golf Club

A botanical garden and a golf club are said to be developed on the Yarada Hill. VUDA has identified 1,300 acres on the hills for the development.

Lambasingi Cottages

Well known for its freezing temperatures, Lambasingi is a famous tourist spot in Vizag. Cottages at Lambasingi are near to completion and would be readily available by August-end.

Shacks at Erramatti Dhibbalu

As we know, four shacks have already been constructed at Yarada beach, APTDC is planning to construct another 4 shacks at Erramatti Dhibbalu.

Container Cafeteria

Andhra Pradesh Tourism authority has planned to set up a container cafeteria on the Vizag-Bheemili road. The cafeteria, which would be constructed on a 2-acre land, is likely to come up near Erra Matti Dibbalu. The concept is that of a container terminal but entirely with glass windows for a panoramic view of the sea and open gardens. The works on cafeteria have already commenced, and are expected to be completed by November this year.
