To ensure a hassle-free journey for the candidates appearing for the NEET, the South Coast Railway is running special trains.
The train No. 08052 Visakhapatnam – Palasa special train leaves Visakhapatnam at 11.20 a.m. on Saturday and reaches Palasa at 3 p.m. the same day.
In the return direction, train No. 08053 Palasa – Visakhapatnam special express leaves Palasa at 7 p.m. on Saturday and reaches Visakhapatnam at 00.30 a.m. on Sunday.
The train halts at Kottavalasa, Vizianagaram, Chipurupalli, Srikakulam Road, Kotabommali and Naupada.
In the return journey, the train stops at Pundi, Routhpuram Halt, Naupada, Dindu Gopal Puram Halt, Kotabommali, Hari Chandra Puram, Tilaru, Urlam, Srikakulam Road, Dusi, Ponduru, Sigadam, Batuva, Chipurupalli, Garividi, Nellimaria, Vizianagaram, Korukonda, Alamanda, Kantakapalle, Kottavalasa, Pendurthi, Simhachalam North, Simhachalam and Marripalam.
The train No. 08054 Visakhapatnam – Palasa one-way special train will leave Visakhapatnam at 7 p.m. on Sunday and will reach Palasa at 00.15 a.m. on Monday.
The train will stop at Marripalam, Simhachalam, Simhachalam North, Pendurthi, Kottavalasa, Kantakapalle, Alamanda, Korukonda, Vizianagaram, Nellimaria, Garividi, Chipurupalli, Batuva, Sigadam, Ponduru, Dusi, Srikakulam Road, Urlam, Tilaru, Hari Chandra Puram, Kotabommali, Dindu Gopal Puram Halt, Naupada, Routhpuram Halt and Pundi.
Candidates have been requested to make use of the special train services, according to a press note issued by the SCoR.
