Visakhapatnam : Sobhita Dhulipala, the 24 year old Vizag girl, who bagged the prestigious Femina Miss India 2013 title, had recently made her debut in Bollywood with Anurag Kashyap’s Raman Raghav 2.0. Sobhita stars opposite the all-time actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Vicky Kaushal of Masaan film. While appearing quite confident, she did an excellent job, in living the role. The movie opened to good reviews.
She improved her Hindi when she thought to herself that she had to commit to this career and give her best shot. Initially, she was given the role of a Punjabi girl but when Anurag heard her talking to her mother in Telugu, he taught it was cool and it worked out pretty well in the movie. Sobhita was also invited to the Cannes movie festival for the premier launch of the trailer in the Director’s Fortnight segment.
Way to go girl, you make us proud.
