Organic Farmers Market coming to Vizag on September 3rd.

The ladies of Vizag Chamber of Commerce are conducting their maiden event i.e Organic Farmer’s Market in town. Especially for the conscious and aware denizens of the city, this event is of interest. More and more people want to make a conscious lifestyle choice regarding the food they eat. Organic food, produced locally and consumed fresh is the most desirable.The Organic Farmer’s Market, aims to do just that. The market aims to bring producers and consumers closer to each other at one place. Sourcing locally reduces distance between site of cultivation and the consumers plate. A phenomenon that is gaining world wide popularity. Vizag is right there, right now with the good ladies of WISE –   Women In Society Through Engagement and Rythu Mitra.

WISE: The ladies have got together for taking up public initiatives and call themselves Women In Society Through Engagement. An apt name for people who want to bring together people of Vizag for a good cause.
