3-day property expo begins in Vizag

State Minister for MSME Kondapalli Srinivas stated that the reforms implemented by the State government in the last year resulted in growth in the real estate sector and also provided employment opportunities. Speaking at the inauguration of the three-day 11th property expo at Gadiraju Palace in Visakhapatnam on 19 December, the Minister emphasised the importance of undertaking high-quality projects. The expo is organised by the Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI).

State Bank of India, Visakhapatnam, DGM Rahul Sankritya said that the real estate sector plays a key role in the country’s GDP growth.

Confederation Visakhapatnam chapter chairman V Dharmender said that this property expo serves as a single platform for property buyers in fast-growing cities like Visakhapatnam.

Confederation Visakhapatnam chapter president E Ashok Kumar said that the State’s real estate sector was gaining momentum again with the recent government reforms. He urged buyers and investors to make the most of the expo.

Convener Ch Govinda Raju said the expo offers special prices, spot booking discounts, convenient payment methods and advance offers.

The expo will feature 71 stalls showcasing residential apartments, villas, open plots, commercial spaces, and housing projects spanning both affordable and premium segments. Leading banks and financial institutions are offering services at dedicated stalls, including competitive interest rates, special discounts, and instant home loan approvals.

MLAs Palla Srinivas Rao, Ganta Srinivasa Rao, Velagapudi Ramakrishna Babu, and P. Vishnu Kumar Raju and VMRDA Chairperson M.V. Pranav Gopal attended the event and went round the stalls.
