The Society was founded soon after India’s independence by Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, India’s first Prime Minister, whose affection for children is well known. This ultra modern auditorium is will have a state-of-art sound system on par with International standards making it one of the best in the country. Acoustic experts have also been roped in from Hyderabad to ensure that the sound quality and deliverance is premium.

Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu is very particular about the construction of the VUDA Children Arena

as he is very enthusiastic about hosting the National Children Film Festival,’’ said VUDA Secretary, Shri A. Srinivasa Rao. He also said that the Hon’ble Chief Minister is also planning to hold the International Children Film Festival if the National Children’s Film Festival evokes a good response.

In an attempt to magnify children’s films in the country, and to boost the the country’s talent, The National Children’s Film Festival was established and is conducted every year. It focuses on Children’s films shot in India or by Indian makers. With the cleanliness drive announcement by the Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, and in keeping with his vision, CFSI has announced the theme of the festival as ‘Swachhta’.
