How it works

Kaloreez will plan five meals a day and provide you with meals three times a day. The delicious meal plan will be customised according to your needs and consist of food that will help you have a balanced diet. Breaking the intake into five will ensure you stay sated throughout the day and not binge. Kaloreez also plans your cheat days for when you just need to have a sugar cookie for retaining your sanity.

If that is not your cup of tea, go for the Oats served with honey. A delectable sandwich made with brown bread or their homemade sausage is an amazing way to start the day too.

For lunch, try out their brown rice bowl or quinoa bowl that comes with a side of chicken and egg or tofu and broccoli. The grilled chicken strips served with hummus, yogurt dip or egg white mayonnaise is a good option too.
