As part of the ‘Mukhyamantri Yuva Nestham’, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu on Tuesday would be giving away a monthly allowance of Rs 1000 to the youth under unemployment in the state.
As per reports, Rs 1,200 crore will be spent annually on the ‘Mukhyamantri Yuva Nestham’ scheme. The allowance will be credited into the bank account of the beneficiary by the first week of every month.
On an aim to provide financial support to the educated and unemployed individuals, the allowance would be given to over 2 lakh youth until they find a job. The scheme was promised by the CM in the election manifesto in 2014.
Around 400 beneficiaries from 13 districts would be attending the event tomorrow. Also, officials from top private companies like Kia Motors, Foxconn and Amara Raja would also be present.
Parallel to the event, allowance certificates would be distributed to the other beneficiaries by the respective MLAs in all 175 constituencies in AP.
