Virat Kohli
Overseas tours have been causing some serious headaches to the Indian cricket team for quite some time now. The team, which has been performing supremely well in the subcontinent conditions, hasn’t quite been able to carry the same momentum overseas. Be it the disastrous tours of England and Australia or the forgettable outings in South Africa, the Indian team received a hammering over the past few years which caused them to face the brunt of cricketing experts across the globe. Things, however, are likely to change for the team under Virat Kohli’s reign, predicts a ‘cricket astrologer’.
The latest news seems to cause excitement in the Indian fans. Nagpur based ‘cricket astrologer’ Narendra Bunde has predicted that time has come for the Indian team to taste success on overseas tours. The man, who has predicted several famous feats in the past, said that the Indian cricket team, under its current skipper Virat Kohli, will go a notch higher with some exceptional performances outside the subcontinent.
The astrologer said that the upcoming tours wouldn’t be as bad as the previous ones and there are chances of bagging positive results.
As per the reports, Bunde also said that Virat Kohli will strike an endorsement deal which is, so far, unheard in the history of Indian sports. “What Kohli will soon be signed up for is like what (Mark) Mascarenhas did with Sachin (Tendulkar). In fact, it’s going to be bigger than that in today’s age. Kohli’s Venus is very strong at the moment and that is why he will do well abroad,” Bunde said.
In the past, Narendra Bunde predicted that Sachin Tendulkar would come back after sustaining his career’s major injury of tennis elbow. The man also predicted that MS Dhoni would go on to represent India in the 2019 World Cup.
India is currently taking on South Africa in the first Test of their ongoing Safari tour. The match is evenly poised at the moment with the visitors being set a target of 208 to go 1-0 up in the series.
