All you need to know about the Vizag Yachting Festival

The wind in your hair, the sun in your eyes and the ocean at your feet – the time onboard a yacht, spells out the life of indulgence. Bringing this memory-making experience to our shores is the Vizag Yachting Festival, a one of its kind in the city and the nation.

Here are all the details that you need to know about this exciting four-day festival

Day one of the yachting festival starts at 9:00 AM with the yacht allocation and inspection followed by briefing, kit handover, and lunch. The route the yacht will take will be from the festival dock to R.K beach, Rushikonda and back followed by a musical performance by A26 and dinner in the evening.

The yachts, on the second day of the festival, will embark the route from the festival dock to Dolphin nose and Yarada beach and back. The highlights of day two would be Sea Swim (in Circular Formation pool) in Dolphin’s Nose, sailing Competition of Fishermen and Musical performance by the Indian Ocean at Festival Dock.

Day three calls for Treasure Hunt, fishing, swimming, snorkeling while yachting from the dock to R.K Beach and Thotlakonda, and back. The night will be lit by the musical performance by Parikrama band at Festival Dock, followed by dinner.

The day four of the Vizag Yachting Festival will be engaged by the Naval Warships followed by lunch at Bheemili Novotel and some breathtaking musical performances in the night.

Prices:

Single day pass and entry for one would cost 14,500/- whereas a couple pass would cost 27,500/- and the four-day festival pass for an individual would cost 47,500.
