Visakha Utsav to be back with a bang in Vizag

Vizag’s annual festival is all set to be back with a bang. Visakha Utsav, a celebration of the spirits of the city, is a yearly event conducted by the government of Andhra Pradesh in the month of December. Celebrated at the RK beach, this 3-day long festival not only entertains the crowds with many captivating events but also provides a perfect platform to showcase the proud culture, arts, crafts, music, and other distinctions of Vizag.

Similar to its previous editions, the Utsav promises to fill Vizag with a festive vibe this year too. On the one hand, there would be the quintessential music concerts and dance shows to keep the crowds hooked while on the other, other attractions such as food courts, amusement zones, and exhibition area add to the festivity.

Visakha Utsav 2018 would also have different adventure activities to engage the enthusiasts. Tribal Zone, Sports Arena, and Carnival Parade among others, are also expected to make the event all the more special.

Flashback

Visakha Utsav was celebrated on a grand scale in 2017. In addition to the exquisite display of the local arts and culture, several renowned artists and bands, including the likes of Thaikuddam Bride, Pritam, Sreeram Chandra, and many others rocked the show with their performances.
