Vizag MP candidate VV Lakshmi Narayana interacts with citizens on Twitter

Jana Sena Party’s nominee for Vizag Lok Sabha seat, VV Lakshmi Narayana held an interactive session with the Twitterati on Saturday. Connecting with citizens via the popular social media platform, the former CBI JD answered various queries that were posted at him using the hashtag #AskJDforVizag.

Ranging from employment opportunities for the youth to the issue of high fees being charged by several schools and colleges in Vizag, VV Lakshmi Narayana shared his plans for addressing several concerns raised by the citizens.

Responding to a query on how he would “imbibe” library culture in youth in Vizag, Lakshmi Narayana said, “I will set up a public library in every constituency along the lines of the Dwarka Nagar public library. The library will have wifi connectivity, a television to broadcast education channels and a collection of books to prepare for competitive examinations.”

Replying to another user who asked his plans for tackling unemployment in the city, VV Lakshmi Narayana tweeted, “I plan to solve the unemployment problem by giving special focus to sectors like tourism and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. Vizag has immense potential in these sectors and I have put down my plans in the manifesto that has been released today.”

Citing the assurances made in his manifesto, the Vizag MP candidate also detailed his plans for addressing issues related to tourism and corruption in the city among others.

It may be noted that the JSP leader released his manifesto a few days ago.
