This chicken pakodi is not only appealing to the eye with its bright red color but also treats your taste buds with its mouthwatering flavours.

“It has been almost six months since I have started this joint. Even though I initially started doing this to pass time in the evenings, it soon turned into a means of livelihood for me. The reason why it is attracting so much crowd is that majority of the preparation is done right in front of them. Though it takes more time, we prefer to do prepare the pakodis right before they are served to ensure that the flavor is not missed” said Ahmad, the owner of the joint.

Another attraction at this place is the liver pakodi. This Liver pakodi melts right away in your mouth and makes you crave for another plate. Though he earns a meager amount each month, Ahmad, who’s the bread winner of his family, manages to meet his financial ends.
