Horrific road accident in Visakhapatnam kills three people

In yet another horror on road, an overspeeding autorickshaw tipped in the ghat section in Paderu of Visakhapatnam district on Monday. The deadly accident killed three passengers, including a six-month-old baby girl, on the spot and caused serious injuries to four others.

At the time of the accident, the autorickshaw carried seven individuals including the driver. Reportedly, the three-wheeler, which started from Paderu, lost control while travelling to Pendurthi in Visakhapatnam, and overturned on the ghat road of the region. While this threw a woman passenger into the valley, the six-month-old infant and another woman succumbed to severe injuries sustained in the accident.

After the incident was reported, the police reached the locale immediately and carried out rescue operations to help the injured passengers.

A few days ago, another such accident was reported

in Kurnool where six individuals, belonging to the same family, were killed in a road mishap. It was reported that an unidentified vehicle rammed into a mini-truck causing the horror.
