Vistadome coach heightens the travel experience for tourists on their way to the scenic spot of Araku Valley from Visakhapatnam. See through glass coach and great amenities for travel, this was a success right from the launch in April last year. But the ticket prices had passengers demanding railways to slash them further. Well so it has happened. Now one only pays Rs.1130 rather than Rs.1330. This is for those that are booking a round trip i.e both the on ward and return ticket too. For those booking only the return ticket, the price stands at Rs.565. For those booking the onward ticket alone the cost is Rs.665.
Also on the cards is a prior announcement system on the Vistadome Coach regarding the coming up tunnels and valleys ahead. This would give a thrill and excitement for the passengers too. This is pending the approval from the Coach manufacturers as reported by The Hindu.
A roaring success, the trip via Vistadome has already pleased many from across all age groups. It has become an integral and much awaited part of the popular Araku Valley trip from Visakhapatnam.
