Visakhapatnam lad from Sainik School wins Mr. Teen World at Greece

Visakhapatnam has a proud moment for it’s young star, Dhruv Palanti who also happens to be a Sainik School, Karukonda cadet has won Mr. Teen World and Mr. Kindness 2017. 

Little Miss and Mister United World 2017 was held in Thessaloniki Greece from 24 to 29 Sept 2017. 68 delegates from 25 countries from all over the world have participated in this glittering event. Not just their personality, the participants were judged on the basis of their social project, national costume and art costume. The theme for the art costume was ocean fantasy. The eminent jury was present to make the decision.

The Indian delegation consisted of 6 participants different age groups with 5 girls and 1 boy. Two out of them were from Visakhapatnam. Dhruv Palanti who is 13 years old also happens to be a cadet of Sainik School, Karukonda. An elite, military school of Andhra Pradesh. He is the first teen from the city who has represented India at an International stage in teen category.

Not just Mr. Teen World, the boy from Visakhapatnam has also been awarded Mr. Kindness for his social project. With his hard work in Sainik School, Korukonda he was ready to take on the challenges given to him. A qualified sportsman, Dhruv is also is a state level swimming champion with  few gold and silver medals to his credit.
