Tollywood producer Mahesh Koneru passes away in Vizag

Noted Tollywood producer and well known public relations manager, Mahesh Koneru, breathed his last breath this Tuesday Morning in Vizag. Reportedly, the 40-year-old filmmaker suffered a cardiac arrest during the early hours. 

Mahesh Koneru owned and ran a production company East Coast Productions. Under his production company, he backed the recent Telugu films – 118, Thimmarusu, and Miss India. He also was part of the PR team for Tollywood’s big-budget films like Bahubali

The production house’s upcoming films include the Allari Naresh starrer Sabhaku Namaskaram and Police Vaari Hecharika starring Naga Shaurya. 

Mahesh had also worked in other South Indian language films. He was the Telugu distributor of hit Tamil films like Bigil and Master i. 

With Mahesh Kineru’s sudden demise in Vizag, several members from the film fraternity took to Twitter to express their grief.
