Is Tenneti Park the new meeting spot after Hotel Sea View!

Let’s try and not mourn over the fact that Hotel Sea View has been demolished and we can no longer indulge in some yummy coffee and samosas from the shop. Without a doubt we can say that Hotel Sea View was one of the favorite places of Vizagites to hangout and pass time with friends.

The always crowded place is now deserted and that makes our heart ache. Since the shop was brought down, it looks like the crowd in Vizag has moved to another spot which is none other than Tenneti Park.

In the recent weeks, Tenneti Park has witnessed an increase in the crowd and people seem to flock here as soon as the sun dawns and the spot remains crowded till late night. With lots of food and drinks options available, Tenneti Park is serving the city its best with a magnificent view of the Bay of Bengal and scenic sunrises.

Whether you want a fag or just some snacks, this place has it all. From Irani chai to Chinese street food, Pani-Puri to ice-cream, tea or coffee, roasted corn or kulfis, many options are available for the crowd and no one coming here goes home empty stomach.

Not to forget, a new food truck near Tenneti Park is spoiling people with their amazing Arabic menu that includes Shawarma plate, burgers, sandwiches and savory rolls.

Now that the crowd has directed towards Tenneti Park let’s hope that the GVMC takes some steps and make arrangements like benches, safety boxes and more e-toilets for the convenience of the public.

No matter how many new spots evolve in the city, Hotel Sea View will always be missed and the memories from that place can never be forgotten.
