The Bharat Ane Nenu actor posted a video on social media, which is currently winning hearts across the internet. Among the many admirers was also Telugu actor Sumanth Akkineni, who stated that Mahesh Babu was his grandfather, Akkineni Nageswara Rao’s favourite actor.
“It’s amazing how love transcends through ages… Humbled to see & feel that kind of love coming from someone generations apart from mine. The love from my fans has always overwhelmed me but 106-year old Relangi Satyavati garu coming all the way from Rajahmundry to bless me has touched every corner of my heart. Glad I could make her happy but in all honesty, I am happier than her. God bless her! Feeling happy, blessed & grateful for all this love,” Mahesh Babu had tweeted on Sunday.
Responding to the same, Sumanth Akkineni commented, “You were always loved by the respected elders! You were my thatha’s favourite in your generation of actors, FYI.”
Heartened by the tweet, Mahesh Babu responded, “Thanks Sumanth ANR garu has always been an inspiration for me in many ways and this truly means a lot.”
