Tucked away in one of the many narrow lanes at Dabagardens, in Vizag, Rajasthani Dhaba welcomes you to try some authentic Rajasthani and other North Indian flavours. A compact restaurant with a bright red nameplate that flaunts all its myriad offerings, this one has stood here for about two decades now.
From the buttery rotis that are beautifully complemented by the quintessential Palak Paneer and Dal Fry to a big-sized thali with all the good flavours of a North Indian cuisine, there’s a lot to choose from the menu here. Shahi Paneer, Malai Kofta and Methi Chaman are the other dishes that come highly recommended. A special mention though needs to be made of the restaurant’s Rajasthani special, Ghee Thakkar, which is a larger variant of the roti topped with desi ghee.
“It has always been about offering quality and tasty food. We have been maintaining the quality for decades now in the city and most of the customers, after having their meal, go back satisfied,” shares Dhanraj Rawal, owner of Rajasthani Dhaba in Vizag.
Apart from the North Indian delights, Rajasthani Dhaba in Vizag also has options in ‘rice items’. Typically served with an aloo curry and raita, the rice items served here include Jeera Rice, Matar Pulav, Jaipuri Pulav, and Paneer Fried Rice among others.
And to end a sumptuous meal on a better note, Makhaniya Lassi and Masala Chaas come as the ideal options.
