New team of PRSI Vizag chapter elected

The HPCL Visakhapatnam Refinery PR & CSR Consultant M K V L Narasimham has been elected chairman of the Public Relations Society of India (PRSI), Visakhapatnam Chapter, at its annual general body meeting held on 7 October.

The newly elected team includes Bangaru Raju (vice-chairman), A Govinda Rao (secretary), N V Narasimham (treasurer), and Srinivasa Kumar and N Nageswara Rao (executive members).

Senior PRSI member K Ramarao functioned as the election officer.

Established in 1958, PRSI is the national body for PR professionals with 30 chapters and over 3,000 members across sectors. The Visakhapatnam Chapter, celebrating 25 years of active engagement, earned multiple national recognitions and conducts regular seminars and awareness programmes.

Narasimham has stated that the new team will focus on national/state-level seminars and public initiatives, with plans to host the PRSI National Council meet in Visakhapatnam.
