On the day the election results were announced on May 26, 2014, Modi had 14 million followers and the number today stands at 41.9 million. This is the rise of the Prime Minister; despite the fact that the central government has taken some drastic and surprise measures over the last six months.

Modi’s developments have not stopped here. Even today on the third anniversary of his election – Modi will inaugurate a number of projects; including the country’s longest bridge in Assam. While there, he will also lay the foundation stone for two key projects – AIIMS and the Agriculture Research Institute. The move will quicken the development of Assam and the North East. Assam has been enveloped with massive security cover in the view of Modi‘s visit.

The Dhola-Sadya bridge that will be inaugurated is tend to reduce the travel time between Assam and Arunachal Pradesh from six hours to just one hour. The distance will shrink by 165 KMs serving 2,20,000 people in the region.
