The three-day property fest began under the aegis of NAREDCO (National Real Estate Development Council) at Gadiraju Palace in Visakhapatnam on 14 November.

He said that the State government was able to bring in real estate development, and as a result, nearly Rs. 5 lakh crore of investments were made in the sector so far.
With the arrival of companies like Google, Mittal Steel, TCS and ReNew Energy, the city became an investment destination. “It’s a good time to buy houses and apartments in Visakhapatnam and the surroundings.”
He urged people to buy property through the show to get benefits.
NAREDCO National President Haribabu said the council has been organising such property shows in Andhra, Telangana, and Maharashtra, and there were plans to hold them all over the country in the future. He said that he was elected as the national president for the first time from the southern States, and that he was elected from Andhra Pradesh, and this became possible only because of NAREDCO’s Andhra Pradesh branch.
