The letter was released by CPI (Maoist) and it said that they will take revenge of the encounter that took place at the Andhra Pradesh-Odisha border. The encounter took place on 25

th of October and killed 27 Maoists. It was planned and executed by AP Greyhound and the State Police of Malkangiri District of Odisha.

In the year 2003, Chandrababu Naidu had escaped the claymore mine Naxal attacks in Alipiri, Tirupati. CPI (Maoists) AP State Committee spokesperson Shyam said,

“If necessary, we will use a suicide bomber to attack you. No police or military force can save you this time”, read the press release.
