Mahesh Babu’s Bharat Ane Nenu bags a unique record

Bharat Ane Nenu is turning out to be one of the most eagerly awaited Telugu films this year. The Mahesh Babu starrer seems to be ticking the right boxes ever since its announcement with the recently released teaser taking the frenzy to all new level. The film’s teaser was released on March 6th 2018 and took the internet by storm, raking up over 14 million views on Youtube over a span of 18 days. The teaser currently has over 656K likes and has emerged as the second most liked teaser on Youtube, next to Tamil film Mersal, which currently, with 1 million likes, stands as the most liked teaser.

“With nearly 640K Likes, @urstrulyMahesh ‘s #BharatAneNenu Teaser Becomes the World’s 2nd Most Liked Teaser,” Ramesh Bala took to Twitter on Friday to inform the same.

After Srimanthudu, Bharat Ane Nenu marks the second film in the combination of Mahesh Babu and director Koratala Siva. Actress Kiara Advani will be seen playing the movie’s leading lady while Devi Sri Prasad is composing the music. The film is being produced by Danayya DVV and will see Mahesh Babu don the role of a Chief Minister.

The recent reports also suggest that the film’s pre-release event will be held on a grand scale in Visakhapatnam.
