Koffee with Karan is back with a Bang!

The next season of the much awaited talk show Koffee with Karan hosted by director-producer Karan Johar premiered yesterday. This show has created a lot of controversy ever since it began in the year 2004. Bollywood celebrities come here and spell out the juiciest gossips of B-Town. Salman Khan’s “I’m a Virgin” and Deepika and Sonam’s nasty comments on Ranbir made a lot of news in the past.

As expected the people awaited this season with a lot of excitement. The first guests to be on the couch were the Badshah of Bollywood – Shah Rukh Khan and Alia Bhatt. Shah Rukh was his wittiest best when it came to the Rapid Fire but Alia was also not far behind. The highlight of the show was SRK’s pick up line and also his regret for not doing ‘3 idiots’.

What followed after the show was a preview of the next episode where Akshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna would be on the couch.  Twinkle Khanna popularly known as Mrs Funnybones was blunt as always. On being asked- what does Akshay have that the Khans don’t, she replied- “Some extra inches” and Karan’s eyes went to (you know where!) to which she replied, “Don’t look at his crotch. I meant his feet. You always had your mind in other people’s crotches.” And if she ever decides to write a book on Bollywood, she would name it ‘Tentacles to Testicles’!!

A show like this will obviously have millions of viewers and to add to the madness, Twitter added a special emoji for the show.

This show is definitely going to stir controversies in future.
