Complete list of Telugu commentators for IPL 2018

It’s that time of the year when the frenzy among cricket fans reaches a whole new level. Cricketing world’s biggest T20 carnival, Indian Premier League (IPL), is all set to be flagged off on Friday, and there’s an added dimension to it this year. While it is a known fact that the matches this year will be broadcast on Star Network, another excitable feature is that the regional commentary (Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Bangla, Kannada) is deemed to pep up the local flavours.

In September, Star Sports had bagged the broadcasting rights up to 2022 for a whopping  Rs 16,347.5 crore. While marquee commentators such as Harsha Bhogle, Sunil Gavaskar, Danny Morrison, Ian Bishop, Sanjay Manjrekar and others will once again thrill the audiences with their superlative commentary in English, the list of Telugu commentators too consists of recognised names, including the likes of former Indian cricketers Venkatapathi Raju and Venugopal Rao.
