GreyOrange Joins Hands with Godrej to Take its Robotic Warehouse Solution to Businesses of All Sizes in India

GreyOrange, a multinational robotics company that designs, manufactures and deploys advanced systems for automation at warehouses, distribution and fulfilment centres, has entered into an exclusive partnership with Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. As part of this collaboration, Godrej Storage Solutions, a business unit of Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd., will exclusively market and distribute one of GreyOrange’s proprietary warehouse automation solutions – the Pick-Put-To-Light (PPTL) system in India. With this strategic partnership, GreyOrange aims to tap into the growing demand for entry-level warehouse automation solutions and take its robust systems to more customers in the country.

GreyOrange PPTL solution is a proprietary light-based guiding system for accurate and efficient pick, put-away or sorting processes designed for fast-moving and complex warehouses to help companies eliminate operational inefficiencies, enhance productivity and improve the overall supply chain efficiency. PPTL system, a modular architecture with true scalability, is cost-effective system that ensures a high return on investment for the business.

As part of the exclusive partnership, Godrej Storage Solutions will be the sole distributor of GreyOrange’s PPTL solution in the country and GreyOrange will provide required technical support to the customer. While both GreyOrange and Godrej Storage Solutions will market this solution, the latter will be solely responsible for sales, pricing, delivery and customer support.

Leveraging Godrej Storage Solutions’ vast reach and brand equity in the industry, GreyOrange aims to tap into sectors like FMCG, Retail, Automotive, e-Commerce, Logistics & Healthcare for this solution.

GreyOrange’s key customers in India include e-commerce market leaders such as Flipkart, Myntra, Jabong and PepperFry; and logistics companies such as Aramex, DTDC, Delhivery, and Gojavas.
