Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride to be held in Vizag

The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride is being held in Vizag, the first time in the city, to create a global awareness of mental health, suicide and prostate cancer for men.

The ride would commence from the HP bunk in Siripuram at 9:00 am and end at Midtown Cafe in Dutt Island near Siripuram.

Motorcyclists unite globally as The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride shines the spotlight on men’s health in over 650 cities across 95 countries on Sunday, September 30th.

With close to 1 million men losing their lives annually from suicide and prostate cancer, the annual event is calling on the community to stop men from dying too young.

Over 120,000 men and women will dress in their finest attire and ride their vintage and classic styled motorcycles for charity in a city near you, to raise funds and awareness to prostate cancer and mental health on behalf of official charity partner, The Movember Foundation.

Founded in 2012 by Mark Hawwa, Sydney Australia, The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride has raised over $13M USD for men’s health, with a goal of adding a further $6M USD to the cause throughout the 2018 fundraising campaign.

If you ride a vintage or classic styled motorcycle and wish to participate in your nearest event or to make a donation to the cause, visit www.gentlemansride.com.

Assemble point: HP Millenium petrol bunk, Siripuram, vizag

Time: 9:00 am
