App to Check Price of Diesel and Petrol
There’s no denying the fact that we are living in a world of apps. We have apps for everything these days, be it communication, finding love, food, travel, you name it and there it is sitting in Google play store. Amidst all the hocus pocus there are apps that are badly needed right now! Everyone knows that the fuel price in Visakhapatnam has been revised daily since May 1 and from June 16, the same has been implemented all over India. It’s hard to keep track with what the price of petrol or diesel stands on that particular day. So here are apps to the rescue!
Fuel@IOC-Indian Oil/Smart Drive/Myhpcl
Previously the State fuel retailers were in the habit of revising fuel rates on 1 and 16 of every month based on the international average price of fuel and currency exchange rate. But now, as the prices are said to be in revision every day i.e., at 6 AM every morning a new price would be generated based on the change in cost on the previous day. You can now track the price change on your mobile using Fuel@IOC-Indian Oil. The app is valid in all cities and is easily available for download in Google Play Store and Apple Store. Similar applications are run by BPCL – Smart Drive and HP – Myhpcl.
