APTDC to outsource it’s hotels and resorts

The AP Tourism Development Corporation (APTDC) has initiated to outsource it’s hotels and resort properties under the public-private partnership (PPP) mode to amend operation efficacies and provide finer amenities.

Tenders have been invited for MICE, hotels, resorts, wayside amenities, amusement parks, multimedia shows, family entertainment centres. Request of proposals have been floated for operation and maintenance and PPP projects.

Reportedly the process of leasing out lands to construct new tourism property have also started. An APTDC official reportedly said, “Based on the feedback received from investors, we have reissued tenders for revised upset prices. We are also in the process of reissuing tenders for development of new hotels resort properties within government tourism lands at 15 locations.”

Hotels and resorts at Dornala, Pulugundu, Kakinada, Ramayapatnam, Arasvalli, Tummalapenta, Idupulpaya, Puttaparthy , Yerrakalva, Kotipalli, Antharvedi, Kovvuru, Nagari, Alamkhanpally , Doravarisatram, Chintapalli, Kuppam and Tirupati town are some of the locations of APTDC  properties under operation and maintenance.
