Andhra Pradesh Tourism’ Luxury Vistadome to give an exhilirating travel experience to Araku

Andhra Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation Limited (APTDC), with its new feature, has given us another reason to relish the breathtaking sights of the enthralling voyage from Visakhapatnam to Araku.

The scenic train ride from Visakhapatnam to Araku valley has always been a visual delight to watch. Now, APTDC in association with the Waltair Division of East Coast Railway has enhanced the visual treat with the Luxury Vistadome.

This carrier consists of an engine along with a solitary coach. One can enjoy the 128km train journey from Vizag to Araku, in this new 40 seaters air-conditioned coach, with a panoramic view of the terrain that passes by.  A glass ceiling and an observation deck offer unadulterated views into the breathtaking Ananthagiri Ghats, Borra Caves, Tyda, and not to forget the many tunnels and bridges along the way. The coach offers comfortable reclining seats that can rotate at 360 degrees, giving a well-rounded view of the trip to the valley.

Other features that make this train top-in-its-line include automatic sliding doors, that are electrically operated, entertainment through LCD screens and LED lights. The coach is made of special acrylic and is manufactured by Integral Coach Factory (ICF), Perambudur, Tamil Nadu.

So buckle up to experience South India’s first Luxury Vistadome.
